DROUGHT

Drought is a water shortage. But this shortcoming is not a casual fact related solely to rainfall and temperature, since we must add variables such as deforestation, farming activities, erosion, extractive activities, or the development of promiscuous vegetation cover. That is, drought is a process of both perception and social construction.
