Each of the twelve representatives of the Royal Irrigation Canal of Montcada in each of its demarcations, which form the Governing Board of the Municipality of Montcada. These demarcations, ten permanent place in towns corresponding to the Board ? Paterna, Montcada, Alfara the Patriarch, Albalat dels Sorells, Foios, Meliana, Museros, Massamagrell, Puig, and Puçol ?, and the other two, are assigned to a number of villages which form two groups according to their geographical location with respect to the distinct main channel, the upper drylands and the low drylands.
